PRE-TENANCY

Ongoing communications with tenants

Report any maintenance issues

Liase with contractors to ensure resolution

Chase rent payments if behind

Enforce Section 8 or 21 Notices if needed

Execute Deed of Assignments or Addendums if needed

Carry out mid-term inspections at your preferred rate
(ie. 3 months, 6 months, or annually)

Ensure tenants adhere to all stipulations and requirements as per their tenancy agreement

MID-TENANCY

END OF TENANCY

Agree on end of tenancy date as per notice period

Send tenants 'Move Out' email, including Check-In report

Inventory Clerk to meet tenant on site for key return and generate Check-Out report

Compare both Inventory Reports to ensure property is returned in same condition as received

Propose any necessary deductions to the tenants deposit and avoid disputed returns

Return the settled deposit amount to tenant and unprotect from chosen deposit scheme
